Çalışanlar arasında ayrımcılık yapıldığı taşeron şirketin çalışanlarının bazı yöneticileri tarafından kadın çalışanlara karşı ahlaki olmayan davranışlar sergilediğini de biliyoruz. Antalya'da bir şirket yetkilisinin çalışan güvenlik görevlisine silahlı tehdidi ile ilgili yaşanan olayda güvenlik görevlisi bu tehdide pabuç bırakmayıp şirket yetkililerinden şikayetçi olduğunu ve olayın adli makamlar tarafından olayın halen yargı aşamasında olduğuna bilmekteyiz. Buna ilişkin mağdur olan güvenlik görevlisi ile yapılan yazışmaların da tarafımızca mevcut olduğunu belirtmek isterim.
